政策

年假(休假)

  1. Regular exempt employees appointed for full-time service are eligible to earn annual 休假(休假)日,按2天计算.每个指定月00天,由 the first month of employment, for a maximum of twenty-four (24) days each twelve (12)月期间. 
  2. Temporary exempt employees on appointment for more than six (6) continuous months at 50% FTE or greater, are eligible to earn annual 离开 at the rate of 2.00天 每月按每月全职预约收费. 临时豁免员工的预约 of six (6) continuous months or less are not eligible to accrue annual 离开, except where the temporary appointment exceeds 6 months, annual 离开 shall accrue beginning 有7thmonth and credited retroactively for the first 6 months.

  4. Annual 离开 is available for use only after it is earned; annual 离开 may not be 在其应计收益之前使用.

  6. Exempt employees appointed on a quarterly basis are not eligible to accrue annual 离开.

(a)  If an employee's request for annual 离开 (vacation) is deferred by the President or  the President’s designee, then accruals beyond the maximum shall be extended each 休假推迟一个月. The employee’s request to use annual 离开 must occur prior to exceeding the maximum accrual and the deferral shall be reported in writing 给人力资源管理员.

(c)   Annual 离开 accrued in excess of the maximum but not authorized as deferred in (a) or (b)  above shall be extinguished and will not accrue to the employee's 离开 平衡.

  1. Annual 离开 must be taken at the convenience of 学院, as determined by the 总裁或其指定人员. An exempt employee shall not be denied the right to use all his/her 离开 at one time, except when it would create extreme hardship for 学院,由学院决定.
  2. For employees on less than 12 month appointments, annual 离开 may not be taken during 或适用于非预约日. For extenuating or unusual circumstances, exceptions may be made with the employee’s administrator’s approval.
  3. In cases of separation or reassignment, the exempt employee shall be given an opportunity 使用应计年假. However, if the President 或总统指定的人 requests that the employee stay on the job, then 学院 shall pay the employee for any remaining annual 离开 at the date of the separation or reassignment; provided 付款符合RCW第43条.01.041和这个政策.

年假套现

  1. Annual 离开 shall not be cashed out at any time other that at the time of separation from employment with 学院; the maximum cashout will never exceed the maximum 48天.  if an employee has excess 48天 at the time of separation, the excess days will not be cashed out over the 48 day maximum
  2. An exempt employee who separates from 学院 due to any 原因 other than retirement or death shall be paid in cash compensation at the rate of one (1) full day’s pay for each full day of accrued 离开, up to the maximum allowable 48 days. 补偿 shall be based on the employee’s salary at the time of separation.

An exempt employee who separates from 学院 due to retirement or death shall be compensated for unused annual 离开 accumulation at the rate of one (1) full day's pay for each full day of accrued 离开, up to the maximum 48天, including deferrals. 补偿 shall be based upon the employee's salary at the time of separation. In lieu of payment for unused annual 离开, equivalent compensation may be made payable to the employee’s VEBA (medical expense plan) account in accordance with 学院’s 合格的VEBA计划.

目的

The purpose of this policy is to define and establish eligibility and the terms and conditions for eligibility for and accrual and use of annual 离开.
